If the wizard cannot automatically determine the file format of the data you would like to import then this means there is not an appropriate import script. At Dazdaq we would be glad to produce an import script free of charge to get your data into the software. All you need to do is send us a copy of the file you would like to import. We will then produce an import script and send it to you by email. All you need to do is store the import script on your computer (in the IScripts sub-directory of the installation folder) and then your data can be imported.
When the wizard detects that it does not have a suitable script for your file the wizard will offer to email the file to Dazdaq. Alternatively you can email the file yourself to imports@dazdaq.com
Remember the software can only import text files (e.g. it cannot import Word or Excel documents) and note that CSV files are text files.
