After the installation of the software
the PC displays the error message: NDProxy.sys could not be loaded And the PC can only be booted in safe
mode. To resolve this UnInstall the software
using safe mode (press F8 prior to Windows screen being displayed). Then
restart and upgrade to Internet Explorer 6.0 or later (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp). The software can then be reinstalled successfully. Note, NDProxy is a system-provided
driver that interfaces NDISWAN and CoNDIS WAN drivers (WAN miniport drivers,
call managers, and miniport call managers) to the TAPI (telephony) services.
