By default, all user files are stored in the directory identified by the system CSIDL value CSIDL_PERSONAL. A typical path is C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents This is normally the user’s My Documents folder. All data files are ogranised in sub-directories of this directory. The My Assays directory will contain Microplate Layouts, Read Configurations, Reports, Results and Protocols sub-directories.
